Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policies for various services provided by Sand Dollar LLC are as follows:

1. Cancellation of Events and Workshops

In the event of cancellation due to personal reasons, the following conditions apply:
• Cancellation up to 7 days before the event:
70% of the participation fee will be refunded (30% will be charged as a cancellation fee)
• Cancellations made less than 6 days prior to the event date or without prior notice:
non refundable

2. Cancellation due to force majeure

If we cancel an event or service due to force majeure such as the following, we will refund the participation fee in full.
• Bad weather
• Natural disaster
• Other reasons that the Company deems unavoidable

3. Other Services

Cancellation and refund conditions for services other than events, such as lessons, continuing programs, and individual services, will be subject to the terms of a separately concluded contract.

4. Refund Method

In the event of a refund, the refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment.
Please note that if a fee is incurred for the refund, it may be borne by the user.
